  • HOW LONG IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?

3 days in advance

 

  • DO YOU PROVIDE DELIVERY?

Yes, we do. Delivery are at $20 flat rate to 1 location. We highly recommend self pick up as we are not liable for any damages caused due to third party negligence or improper handling once the product has been picked up or delivered.

 

  • DO YOU PROVIDE SELF PICK-UP?

Yes, we do. Collection can be done at 183 Jalan Pelikat, The Promenade, #B1-122, Singapore 537643  

 

  • WHAT ARE YOUR SELF PICK UP AND DELIVERY TIMINGS?

Tuesday: Closed

Wednesday to Monday - 9am to 6pm

 

  • DO YOU HAVE SAME DAY DELIVERY/ SELF PICK UP?

No, we do not have ready cakes for sale. Our items are all baked fresh upon orders placed via this website. However, we do have sliced cakes and seasonal for walk-in purchase. ( check out our instagram story for updates - @nul_sg )

  

  • HOW LONG CAN THE CAKE STAY OUT UNREFRIGERATED?

Do note that we do not provide dry ice, hence, please kindly avoid direct sunlight at all times. Cakes can be outside not more than an hour in room temperature, ~ 2 to 3 hours in air conditioned room.   

 

  •  HOW MANY DAYS CAN I KEEP MY CAKE IN THE FRIDGE IF I CAN'T CONSUME WITHIN THE SAME DAY UPON RECEIVING? 
Please do keep your cake slices in an air tight container. Recommended to consume within 2 days upon receiving before the moisture is drawn out and the texture becomes drier. 

      

  • CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we do not allow changes in designs or cancellations once order is confirmed. All confirmed orders are final. 

  

  • ARE YOU HALAL CERTIFIED?

Much apologies, we are not halal certified.

 

  • DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM CAKES?

Yes, we do. You may fill up the contact form for custom cakes with the design and colours you are looking at and we will get back to you within 1 business day. Alternatively, you may contact us via whatapp at 8042 4987
